I offer consultancy rooted in over a decade of empirical research on political participation, social movements, far-right politics, and democratic change in Europe. My clients have included the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the European Climate Foundation, and local NGOs in Spain, Slovakia, and Hungary. I work with organisations that need rigorous, independent analysis to inform programme design, evaluation, or policy.

Survey design and statistical analysis

I design and analyse surveys and survey experiments on political attitudes, behaviour, and participation. This includes experimental survey designs, statistical modelling, and data analysis for impact evaluation and monitoring and evaluation frameworks.

Democratic quality and backsliding

Research-based analysis of the erosion of democratic institutions, opposition strategies, and electoral politics in contexts of democratic backsliding — relevant for risk assessment and programme design.

Political participation and civic engagement

Expert input on citizen engagement, protest repertoires, civil society mobilisation, and the relationship between institutional and extra-institutional politics.
